Discovery

We’ll start off with a “Discovery Call,” a friendly conversation where we dive into the unique challenges you’re facing and the goals you envision for your business. During this call, we’ll explore how Cozort’s expertise can provide meaningful solutions to help you reach those goals. This is also your chance to ask questions, understand our approach, and see if we’re the perfect fit for your journey forward!

Project Kickoff Meeting

After the discovery call, we dive into the Project Kickoff Meeting. This is where we bring everyone to the table to set clear expectations and lay the foundation for a successful project. During this meeting, we’ll go over the project goals, timeline, and deliverables, and introduce any team members who’ll be working closely with you. Together, we’ll clarify roles, communication preferences, and milestones, ensuring we’re all on the same page. Our goal here is to establish a collaborative partnership from day one, setting you up for a smooth and rewarding experience.

Research, Strategy & Creative

Next, our team will begin our research phase, where we look at your industry, competitors, and target audience. We’ll take this information and begin our strategy. We’ll also start putting together your preliminary logo designs, social personality and templates, or your website mockups, depending on our project.

Concepts & Feedback

Once we put together your initial designs and/or strategies, we’ll send everything over to you to review. We use MarkUp for this – a feedback tool that will allow you to circle words, cross out photos, or comment on specific elements of our design. We’ll schedule a call to go over your feedback, where we’ll make notes on adjustments to make.

With initial concepts in place, we’ll enter the Revisions and Refinement phase. This is where your feedback helps shape the final outcome, ensuring that every detail aligns with your vision. We collaborate closely with you through each round of updates, fine-tuning the design, content, and functionality until it feels just right.

QA & Testing

Once we’ve refined every element, we move into the QA and Testing phase. Here, we thoroughly review and test every aspect of the project to ensure everything functions seamlessly. This is our quality assurance step, where we ensure that the final product is polished, reliable, and ready to launch smoothly.

This is the exciting moment when we hand over your finished project. We’ll walk through the product, do any trainings if applicable, and make sure we answer any last-minute questions you have before you go on to conquer the world.

Our goal is to make this transition smooth and empowering, giving you the tools and knowledge to move forward successfully. We’ll be available to you for 30 days post-delivery in case you hit any snags.
