Social Media Management
This is a great option for companies that don’t have an internal social team. You won’t need to worry about opening Instagram at all, if you don’t want to. We’ll handle the posting, the engagement, and responding to your DMs.
We’ll send you next month’s calendar in the middle of the month, get your feedback, and schedule it all ahead of time. We’ll also send you monthly reports (that are easy to understand!), and make adjustments to the next month’s strategy based on that data.
Now, you probably have some questions.
How will you know what to post?
In the beginning, we’ll do a dive into your audience and what they want to see. We’ll analyze your competitors’ strategies to see what works for them and what doesn’t. We’ll take all of this to craft a strategy aligned with your goals, and we’ll start putting posts together.
When a new strategy is implemented, or a business is first starting out, it’s hard to see results immediately. Your audience is seeing something new, or you’re working on figuring out what they want to see. Generally, you won’t start seeing consistent results until about 3 months into a new strategy, as it takes time for the new consistency to resonate.
How does the monthly process work?
We’ll send you a calendar for the next month’s posts about two weeks before the month. This will give us time to fine-tune anything that needs to be adjusted, as well as collect any additional resources we may need, such as employee interviews or videos for reels.
What if your ideas don't bring engagement?
Well, that is all part of the learning process as new strategies are implemented. Some post categories that work well for some may not work well for you, and that’s okay. We’re always adjusting our content based on the data we receive to bring you the best results possible. With a few tweaks here and there, we’ll reach those goals we set up together when you were onboarded.
Why don't you include engagement in your plans?
Great question! In our experience, a lot of small businesses enjoy doing their own engagement, engaging with customers on their own and learning more about them. We don’t want to make businesses pay extra for a service they’re not going to utilize, so we’ve lowered rates for the monthly plans and given you the option to add engagement.
We're really struggling. Can we pay for followers and/or engagement?
While we appreciate and empathize with the struggles you’re having, we do not condone the buying of followers or engagement. A lot of the reasoning behind this is because when authentic, prospective customers visit your profile, we don’t want them seeing spam bots when they check out your followers – it’ll make them question your brand.
Also, when you stop buying followers or engagement, you see a huge drop in your data, which skews any strategy you have in place or want in the future.
How do you handle negative, public comments?
Our strategy for dealing with negative comments is to approach them head on. Typically, people who are upset and writing reviews just want to be heard, and to feel like someone cares. We always advise our clients to promptly reply in a respectful and empathetic manor, making the engager feel important and like you truly want to help the situation. This not only makes the engager feel better, but it shows prospective customers that you care about everyone and are willing to provide excellent customer service, even when things go wrong.
It is always a huge no-no to ignore. It makes it look like you have something to hide.
Which platforms do you post on?
Instagram is the most popular platform our clients use, next to Tiktok. Due to the pending lawsuits against Tiktok, we don’t currently offer posting or strategy services for that platform, though we’re happy to provide guidance on videos you create for it.
Facebook and LinkedIn are also popular platforms.
